Grab your skateboards, and bikes for that matter, as the streets are yours today.

For the record, many cabbies I spoke with were concerned primarily
with being mailed tickets to their homes by the Gov. for traffic
violations, (illegal u-turns, speeding etc.) from being tracked by GPS.
